Its time to protect the page

[edit]

Dcirovic, i think its time to protect the page to stop the vandalism. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.15.85.13 (talk) 09:37, 26 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

What is the capacity of Rajiv Gandhi International stadium in Hyderabad? The reference states 33000, other websites like Cricbuzz say 55000 but the Wikipedia article states 65000. There are huge differences in various popular websites. Someone please check this!!

Order of sections

[edit]

Gut feeling says that it's not possible to sensibly talk about personnel changes before you've mentioned the teams. So I've put that into the section and moved it down. At the same time it would seem logical that the opening ceremony is fairly early. I can live with teams being after venues - there might be a case for either splitting the venues off into a separate article (perhaps about the IPL in general - is there a list of venues used for IPL games somewhere; there must be - this is WP:CRIC, we have lists for every thing...</irony>) or perhaps collapsing the map into a hidden section - the map is large and fills an awful lot of the page. Thoughts? Blue Square Thing (talk) 10:02, 9 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Blue Square Thing:, need your comments to bellow discussion (Full or Short) in this talk page. --Nivas88 (talk) 19:01, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Full or Short

[edit]

Hello all, I having a small doubt. Here in the match result some one told that, we should use only full form to the Player of the match section, and umpires as per the the source. Is it correct? However I had noticed at 2016 ICC World Twenty20, in the match result also use short form for indicate the nation while the source shows full form. Can any one tell the the difference and help the 2016 Indian Premier League. --Nivas88 (talk) 18:41, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Oshwah, ArsenalFan700, Compassionate727, GreenCricket, and Lugnuts: Hello all, Here (above) the told by a user, I think not an auto confirmed user. Because he was started his edits only from 10 Feb 2016, Please help. - Nivas88 (talk) 18:49, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'd say it's easier for international readers who don't know what are apparently commonly used abbreviations mean to see the full names of the teams. It takes up no more space really.
Give the number of matches is there any reason, incidentally, why we're not using Template:Single-innings cricket match collapsible? It would take up less space - and make issues such as the above less prominent on the page anyway. Which wouldn't, in my opinion, be a bad thing. Blue Square Thing (talk) 19:06, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

"I'd say it's easier for international readers who don't know what are apparently commonly used abbreviations mean to see the full names of the teams. It takes up no more space really." - This is exactly my point... Wikipedia is for the people to know more about the topic... So we should be following a more informative format strictly as per the ESPNcricinfo format... The reference and wiki pages should have an uniformity... I'm a relatively new user having joined in December 2015 but I always keep learning from experienced members like Lugnuts and others... I never make random and illogical edits in Wikipedia... Thanks and regards to all... Please have a thought to the point put forward... Any guidance from any member is most welcome..please use my talk page and notify me in such a case... Regards... Cricket246 (talk) 19:49, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Blue Square Thing: Your idea is an extremely nice one... As we progress and more no of matches will be played it will become really difficult to edit those match details... A less space consuming format should be used... So can we implement that? What do the others feel about that? I think this shorter format should be implemented... Thanks... Cricket246 (talk) 19:59, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't take too long to be implement as the fields seem almost identical. A bit of copy and paste and it should work. I think. Blue Square Thing (talk) 20:04, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

But umpires and player of the match should be there for the people to know... Isn't it?? Cricket246 (talk) 20:34, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

They will be, you just click, the show link to expand the area. Blue Square Thing (talk) 20:37, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Then I think you should be implementing this method... Good luck... Tell me if I can help in anything else... Cricket246 (talk) 20:53, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I"ll give it a go tomorrow unless anyone objects. Blue Square Thing (talk) 20:55, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sure... And yeah I hope everyone's consent is there... Good luck mate... Cricket246 (talk) 22:49, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ok all the editors accept this Full form of the teams and nations, please tell me your opinion. I would love to follow the superiors.
Mate, for a moment just leave out the previous editions... We are doing things differently this year to make the page more informative... We can't really keep the same format going for 9-10 years and hence we need to make a change sometime or the other... This time we are sticking with the scorecard format and full team names are more information... We are sticking with this new format this year... Forget about previous now and please cooperate with us to implement the new format... Things will be strictly as per scorecard references... Please help us with that... Thanks and regards...

Cricket246 told this, but this year articles had Short in like 2016 Asia Cup and 2016 ICC World Twenty20 and some other cricket articles, Cricket246 can you tell me why that articles remain as short, why you don't change that to full as per scorecard at the time of the event. --Nivas88 (talk) 06:22, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Cricket246:, I had checked that your edited 2016 ICC World Twenty20 then why you support the short form while the scorecard shows full form, can you clearly explain this thing. --Nivas88 (talk) 06:28, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Cricket246 you told that 'This time we are sticking with the scorecard format and full team names are more information'. Then can you agree to update the result also as per the scorecard, that some times indicate the (XX balls remaining) also, I'm also started my edits to wiki from 30 September 2015. I had also followed the user lkie Lugnuts and others along with help of the old articles to maintains the article values. --Nivas88 (talk) 06:41, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Nivas88: I always support the full form format... In "2016 ICC World T20" I followed the conventional format for international matches as is done in international bilateral series etc... I couldn't make changes by myself as I and Lugnuts both edited the umpire's names and there was no need to change the format as short forms at international level are easily undersatable... IPL is a domestic league and thus the page should be more informative for other people around the world to understand... People from elsewhere other than India might not understand the short form so full forms would be easier for everyone to understand... In international cricket the short forms are easier to understand and everyone knows then so the set pattern is followed there... This is a small matter and I don't think we need so much of an argument on this... We had the discussuon here and logically everyone has accepted the full format as its more informative... So that should stay for now... If we reach a consensus that it needs to be changed then well and good, it will be changed...Thanks... Cricket246 (talk) 06:53, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Because in my opinion the no. of balls remaining is unnecesaary... We don't mention that in results... There are certain ads in the scorecard, so should I include those as well? We are sticking to the format of the scorecard, not replicating the scorecard in Wiki... And I don't find this a worthwhile topic to keep on arguing... I leave it to the other users... If consensus is reached then it will be changed... For now the full form format is there since the last 5 days and nobody has a problem with that other than @Nivas88:... For now it can't be changed as other users agreed to the full form format... No point in arguing so much on this... Thanks... Cricket246 (talk) 06:52, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Cricket246:, You said about only for IPL only. I agree, Ok Can you check the 2015–16 Big Bash League, its also the domestic. all the user didn't say their opinions yet. I will wait till their opinions will out. I don't know about ever it may be to wiki, its not mine or some once else, I suggest to Potm column as the Team name as short like the franchise city name, Pune for Pune Rising Supergiants, Gujarat for Gujarat Lions, Kolkatha for KKR, Mumbai for Mumbai Indians, Hyderabad for Sunrisers Hyderabad, Punjab for Kings XI Punjab, Delhi for Delhi Daredevils, Bangalore for Royal Challengers Bangalore as the other domestic Leagues, because if we add the full name that might be extends from the column. --Nivas88 (talk) 07:01, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Nivas88: I won't say anything else on this topic... Whatever everyone says that should stay and you can surely edit it in your way... Its really troublesome to argue on baseless points... I don't want to get involved in useless arguments any more... My opinion remains as it is and that won't change but I'm not forcing it on anyone... If anybody wants any other format then please implement that... No issues... And from today I'm not editing "2016 Indian Premier League" page anymore so you can proceed in any way with the editing as might seem convenient to you, @Nivas88:... Feel free to edit it in your own format... No issues... I won't be editing or adding any more info to this page anymore... There are other pages where my idea may be welcome so I should go and find them out rather than editing all details of matches in this page and then getting all these petty arguments in return... I won't be involved with this page any longer... Thanks and regards... Cricket246 (talk) 07:24, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oh no, experienced user always be quite only, why they can't talk their opinions and suggestion to us. Cricket246 enjoy your editing all the articles, wiki need you and your opinions. I'll be quiet for cricket and wiki, Thank you. Their is also no time to spend on wiki for me, sorry to inconvenience all. Bye Bye. --Nivas88 (talk) 07:33, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Nivas88: Users are all busy with their own work as well as editing so many other pages... So its not always possible for them to reply as soon as we post here... They will surely reply when they get time... And please feel free to edit the pages in the format majority of you prefer... I have no issues with that... I personally don't want to debate on this matter anymore... Whichever format everyone prefers that should be implemented... Wikipedia's betterment is what I want... So no more debates on this and let's keep working to make Wikipedia better... Bye... Thanks mate... Cheers... Cricket246 (talk) 07:45, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

For a domestic league, I don't see the need to state "India" after the umpire. By all means add SL (or Sri Lanka, if you prefer), if it's a Sri Lankan umpire (or whatever nation they happen to be). Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 14:18, 13 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Collapsible match summaries

[edit]

So, I've added the collapsible match summaries as discussed above. I've done this for the completed matches just now - it could be rolled out to all of them, although, of course, the time will be hidden. Is that important? It's c&p two lines and deleting the hyphens each time. Piece of cake.

It can be done now for all matches or done as we go along if people prefer. Blue Square Thing (talk) 11:23, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Blue Square Thing: I think we need to review our decision of using collapsible format... Its looking very clumsy and isn't looking that well... So I think we need to reconsider our choice... The previous format neater... We should give a second thought to the format to be used... Cricket246 (talk) 13:52, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have restored the older format... The collapsible format is too clumsy and difficult to understand... The older format was much more neat and thus easily understandable and so let that stay... That's looking better... Thanks... Cheers... Cricket246 (talk) 14:54, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Whatever - you'll just end up with a massive page with a whole pile of results on it. But then this is WP:CRIC I suppose so what should we expect. Blue Square Thing (talk) 15:16, 12 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
MOS:COLLAPSE states that content should not be hidden. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 14:15, 13 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Time to ask for page protection

[edit]

Two users named Angary bards and Angrybirdt are continuously reverting our edits without any reliable source... As long as Cricinfo scorecard doesn't change, we can't change the venues but they are continuously doing that... I need ur help @Lugnuts: @Blue Square Thing: on this matter... I'm tired of editing the same thing again and again but both of them are continuously vandalizing it... Please help... Cricket246 (talk) 07:21, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Problem is that the venues will probably change - the user has a point. Even though CI might still have the old info on it, the High Court ruling, which I believe is not going to be challenged, will lead to venue changes. It might well be a case here of using common sense and leaving it as TBD for a bit. Unless there's already some information out there about definite new venues? Blue Square Thing (talk) 07:24, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

New venues are Jaipur for Mumbai Indians, Visakhapatnam for Pune and Mohali and Dharamsala for Punjab... And BCCI is appealing for the 1st May match to be allowed in Pune so that's an exception and that venue information should stay as it is... I'm letting that stay as it is in Pune and the rest I'm changing into TBA... Thanks... Can u help me by deleting Nagpur from the 'Venues' section of the page as that's not hosting a single match @Blue Square Thing:... Thanks... Cheers... Cricket246 (talk) 07:46, 19 April 2016 (UTC) Cricket246 (talk) 07:46, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I'll raise it at WP:ANI. Looks like the same user being disruptive. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 08:01, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 08:05, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'm actually struggling to find any kind of news article that summarises what the changes are - I'm finding some from 15 April which suggest that they will probably be x, y, z, but nothing definitive from after that date. If you can lay your hands on anything then the water shortage section needs a sentence or two at the end to complete it, but I'm loathed to put anything clear cut until I can read what the changes actually are! Blue Square Thing (talk) 11:41, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Another suspicion I have is that this Angary Bird and Angrybirdt are managed by one same person because of the similarity in names and exact similarity in editing... Both of them removed Pune and Mumbai but none of them removed Nagpur... That surely can't be a coincidence... I think these two are multiple accounts of a single user... Is that practice allowed here in Wiki? @Lugnuts: @Blue Square Thing: I think action must be taken against such users who are continuously disrupting our hard work and vandalising the pages from their suspected different accounts... Cricket246 (talk) 08:35, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

In short, it's not allowed, per WP:SOCK. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 08:53, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I think then administrators need to look into this... Sometimes instinct proves to be right... I don't know why but I'm having an instinct that these 2 are the same user and also their edits in this page are far from being constructive... I don't know why but my instinct says that these two are multiple accounts by a single user... Cricket246 (talk) 09:25, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Finally they have stopped making those disruptive edits... Thank God that they have stopped... Its really tough to keep an eye on the edit history of the page all the time so its good that they have stopped... Cricket246 (talk) 10:56, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Addition of Kanpur as a venue in the Venues section and the map

[edit]

@Blue Square Thing: I need your help... Kanpur has been added as an IPL Venue and hence we need to add that in the venues section of the article as well as in the map of India in that section... Can you help me out with that please??? Thanks... Cheers... Cricket246 (talk) 08:11, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

 Done in the map.--Vin09(talk) 08:22, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks a lot for the help... Really needed some help to complete that section of the page... Thanks... Cheers... Cricket246 (talk) 08:46, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Raipur or Naya Raipur?

[edit]

@Blue Square Thing: I was saying the same to one disruptive user that as it's English language so we should write Raipur and not Naya Raipur... ESPNcricinfo also writes it as Raipur... So I'm sticking to Raipur just like Bangalore... I think it will be okay now... Please do help me and make the user understand next he disrupts my edits from Raipur to Naya Raipur... Cricket246 (talk) 11:04, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

As per Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, it is located in Naya Raipur, the capital of Chattisgarh. But as for the source it is in Raipur.--Vin09(talk) 11:21, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I agree it should be Raipur. We write "MCA Stadium, Pune" although MCA Stadium is located in Gahunje far away from Pune city. 45.125.187.12 (talk) 11:22, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
But as per IPL site and cricarchieve, it is Naya Raipur.--Vin09(talk) 11:23, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I think @Lugnuts: may help in this.--Vin09(talk) 11:28, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, there is some consistency issue here. I believe Naya Raipur is only a satellite city of Raipur, similar to how Pimpri-Chinchwad is for Pune. And although the MCA Stadium is closer to Pimpri-Chinchwad than it is to Pune, we don't write "MCA Stadium, Pimpri-Chinchwad". I think this issue requires a wider consensus. 45.125.187.12 (talk) 11:33, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Every year it's written as Raipur so I think as per the source we should stick to Raipur... like we still write Bangalore and not Bengaluru... same applies for Raipur... Cricket246 (talk) 06:38, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I think Bangalore is the name, here it is different settlement. As far as I know, Naya Raipur is the planned city. Not a problem if its Raipur, but what actually the ref provided, add it.--Vin09(talk) 07:45, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Vin09: - thanks for the ping. Sorry for the delay, I've been away for a week or so and am catching up. With name disputes, go with what the reliable sources state (either Cricinfo, CricArchive, the IPL website, or even the stadium's homepage). If there's a difference between them, then raise it further (you might have done this in the above, I've not read it all, to be honest). Hopefully it's resolved now. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 12:02, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Actually the changed name in Bengaluru but trusted websites still use Bangalore... also I think we should stick to cricinfo as it's Scorecard is attached... so Raipur is a better option... Cricket246 (talk) 12:04, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The Cricinfo Scorecard is already attached with the match summary so that itself is the reference... it's written there that team1 vs team2 at Raipur... Cricket246 (talk) 12:06, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Venues

[edit]

What was the venues order and the formate? Who create...? --117.254.13.101 (talk) 11:48, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There was no Alphabetical order, for venues. I think this was may be new style. Very nice formate from this year.--117.254.13.101 (talk) 11:53, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

What's the ugly formate, it's very Crazy edit...--117.254.13.101 (talk) 12:02, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

At-least try to improve that as like this... --117.254.13.101 (talk) 12:04, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. The map is too large and the table looks rather ugly. 59.88.204.81 (talk) 14:44, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestion

[edit]

Making a suggestion below with a smaller map and a table that is sorted from north to south (except the final host Bangalore at the center). I think it is much better than the current format. What do you think @Cricket246:...?59.93.229.7 (talk) 15:40, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I imagine the width of that will cause problems on tablets and the like. It's fine on a fairly wide screen monitor, but experience suggests that the width will create a problem on either narrower monitors (<1240 for example - maybe more than that) and certainly on tablets - which are, of course, an increasing share of the browsing market. It's something people need to be more aware of - especially with tables. I'd suggest the map above the table (or the other way around). Blue Square Thing (talk) 15:45, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The map above the table is a good idea. Alternatively we can have the map to the right of the text (prose) present in the Venues section. 59.93.229.7 (talk) 15:50, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Not a bad idea - so long as it's big enough that the labels don't get lost. In some cases you can do that - in this case there's not a lot of text so floating it might not work brilliantly. Try it and see though - worth a punt. Blue Square Thing (talk) 16:11, 10 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This format is a bit too wide as mentioned by Blue Square Thing... I'm having trouble viewing it from my mobile phone... That's why I feel the older version must stay... The older format is strictly according to the ICC World T20 2016 'Venues' section format... We need to think about all other viewers that's why I think the older one must stay now... And there are some issues with this new suggested format and thus cannot be implemented at this moment... Cricket246 (talk) 01:29, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

And I'm, having trouble viewing the current format on my PC. Talking about consensus, I see four people (myself, 117, Blue Square Thing and Nivas88) supporting the new format, and only one (you, who is a newbie editor) opposing it. Capacity and matches were left empty so that someone could fill it out. You could do Wikipedia a huge favor by stop WP:OWNing pages. 59.93.228.77 (talk) 05:45, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@59 : See you can make any edit you want... Make any changes you want... But DO NOT attempt to demean me by terming me as a newbie editor and such... Being a newbie editor doesn't take away my right to be entitled to my own opinion... I didn't instruct u to do anything... I just gave my own opinion on the matter which I'm completely entitled to... And I can tell you that newbies like me are often more concerned and regular contributors than many experienced editors... Experienced editors like Lugnuts, Blue Square Thing and others are compassionate towards newbies and like guides they have helped me learn so many new things..and then there are people like you who are attempting to boss around... You can make any edits you want... Who am I to object to that? I don't even care who you are and what you are doing... U can do anything that you want... I never objected to anybody's suggestions... I just put forward my own views and opinions and I'm completely within my rights to do so... Make any edit you want... Keep any format you want to keep but always remember just DO NOT try to be bossy with me by calling me newbie editor and all these stuffs... I'm the wrong person for that... I just won't take that... Thanks... Cricket246 (talk) 07:39, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@59 : Before alleging someone with an accusation please do your research... The WP:OWN allegation you have put on me is just completely baseless and simply not applicable... I'm pretty disappointed with this kind of appalling behaviour from a fellow editor.... I'm sorry if I have said anything wrong although I am sure enough that I haven't spoken anything wrong... But I'm extremely hurt by your words and the kind of statements that you made... I was offended by all these allegations made by you... Demeaning others with false accusations cannot do you any good... Protraying others in bad light without any reason in front of others doesn't make any great... Always remember that... Thanks... And please go ahead with all your ideas... I have no concerns whatsoever... Cricket246 (talk) 12:04, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

No information related to teams given... capacity and matches missing... Venues not in alphabetical order... So this format can't be implemented... Thanks for the idea but sorry, we can't use this suggestion at this moment... Cricket246 (talk) 01:11, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Moreover it's too wide and thus viewers operating from tablets and mobile phones will have problems... That's why the old format will stay now... Too many issues with this suggested new format and thus can't be implemented at this moment... Editors should not make such edits of format change unless a consensus is reached in the talk page... Implement in venues

[edit]

Hello there, please change the venues table at least just as Bangalore and Delhi in the formate of side by side. Now it's looks too bad.... --117.246.113.84 (talk) 17:07, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Its looks very ugly right now. I understood that Play-offs matches in top, so please implement that as in the formate of side by side. use as two rows and two columns for set for big images. --117.246.113.84 (talk) 17:10, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I think the whole layout in this section would probably benefit from looking at a few different versions. I'll try and give it a go Saturday in a sandbox to see what might work - until then I'm stupid busy at work... Blue Square Thing (talk) 18:24, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ok so we will have a trial on the changed format on Saturday when Blue Square Thing is free... :) Cricket246 (talk) 18:43, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello folks, I implemented the venues table for looks better. Its too bad to see some one ask/tells what the changes needed to the page. I observing this page regularly, particularly this venues section has too bad to looks, and no one try to convert to look good. Thanking you all editors to leave this chance for me. Bye Bye. --Nivas88 (talk) 19:26, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Vin09 please [check here] Template was perfect. please use {{Cr-IPL|giant-h|R}} instead of {{Cr-IPL|giant-|L}} for match 16 and match 40. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 106.220.201.113 (talk) 04:52, 13 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Earlier tried it, but it was not working, now it's fixed--Vin09(talk) 05:21, 13 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Mistake in points table.

[edit]

Gujrat Lions have 16 points not 18. They have 8 out of 13 matches. So, have 16 points and are on second position. The Free Contributer (talk) 18:53, 20 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I changed it. You could have done so as it's a template, but I understand how tables can be a bit tricky. Thanks for pointing it out though. Blue Square Thing (talk) 19:24, 20 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I want to take rights to edit this page. The Free Contributer (talk) 08:31, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You need to have been a registered user for four days and have at least ten edits I think. Given your edit history I'd take some care to build that up properly first - perhaps work on developing a player biography or two? Blue Square Thing (talk) 08:58, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Blue Square Thing: (Just curious to know) What is meant by taking rights to edit the page? Can we get rights of any particular page or is it is something else that is referred? I thought anybody can contribute anything to a particular Wiki articles... Please assist me in understanding what actually is referred... :/ :D Cricket246 (talk) 15:42, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The page is protected. Look at the article and click the lock at the top right - it'll tell you what that means. Blue Square Thing (talk) 17:45, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Oh yeah I know about that... Semi protected page this is... Infact it was on my request that administrator Widr gave protection to this page because of the series of disruptive edits by various IPs... Ok ok now I got it... He means wants to get an access to be able to edit the page, doesn't he?? I got it now... :D Cricket246 (talk) 18:05, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, Thanks. The Free Contributer (talk) 19:43, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I've done it - I checked the stats on the listing sites and the IP is clearly correct - a bunch of errors had snuck in as it happens. Maybe I'll go through the rest of the stuff in a bit. Blue Square Thing (talk) 17:57, 31 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
